1 healthy cup of spinach, a kale leaf (torn up) 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen fruit blend (mango, pineapple, strawberry, peach) 1 cup vanilla soy milk and I added a splash of aloe after the first blend.

Smoothies - It's what's for breakfast.
1 healthy cup of spinach, a kale leaf (torn up) 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen fruit blend (mango, pineapple, strawberry, peach) 1 cup vanilla soy milk and I added a splash of aloe after the first blend.
